A research project mapping organizational readiness for responsible AI adoption across 12 government agencies. Produced a scored framework and policy brief adopted by two national working groups.
Organizational Change Diagnostic Tool
An open-source framework for diagnosing organizational readiness for large-scale change initiatives. Includes a structured interview guide, scoring rubric, and synthesis templates used by consultants and researchers.
